"...It all started with my grandparents' love for the countryside. From a simple plot of land, they created a world that has become a part of me: a refuge, a time machine, and the place where my most precious memories reside.
Those places are carefree summers, playing in the dirt and racing with lizards. They are the sound of crickets on starry nights and the scent of rain after a summer storm. They are homework done in the shade of the trees and first barbecues with friends. They are the patience of my grandmother teaching me to cook and the days spent falling asleep next to my grandfather and dad on the tractor.
Today, every tree, every olive, every clod of earth is not just a product, but a piece of life lived. It embodies the love of my grandparents, my childhood, and today's commitment to preserving this heritage together with my family.
This isn't just a desire to tell our story, but to meet those who, by choosing our products, share the same values: love of nature, authenticity, and a connection with the people who have passed it all down to us. What we bring to your table is made of simple and authentic emotions, just like those that gave birth to it all..."
Heartfelt dedication to my grandparents, Maria Benedetti and Mario Lapucci, who would be happy with all this.

Innovation and research
While maintaining a family-run, artisanal feel, our company has chosen to focus on innovation as a guarantee of quality. The olives are pressed immediately after harvest, preserving their freshness and avoiding long waiting times or transportation that could compromise their quality.
Each stage is meticulously managed: from storage in ventilated bins that keep the olives fresh, to dry cleaning that carefully removes stones, leaves, and soil, to washing with constantly renewed water and air drying.
The heart of the process is the variable-speed knife crusher, which allows for 52 different processing modes in real time , adapting to the cultivar type, the condition of the olives, and climatic conditions. Processing maintains a temperature of just 2°C, with nitrogen injection to minimize oxidation. The vertical, controlled malaxation allows for true cold extraction: temperatures always below 27°C, short processing times, and nitrogen saturation. Immediate filtration and rapid bottling protect the oil from any risk of alteration.
Innovation, however, doesn't stop at the mill. In our fields, we experiment with next-generation natural fertilizers and low-impact pest control protocols, closely aligned with organic principles, to respect the plant and the soil without sacrificing quality. We're also in the process of planting new native cultivars, selected both for their sensory qualities and their ability to produce oils with a unique and still little-known flavor.
Thus, innovation begins in the land and reaches the bottle, combining tradition, research, and respect for the environment to bring to the table an extra virgin olive oil that preserves the authenticity of the past and the vision of the future.
To produce high-quality extra virgin olive oil that reflects the Valdarno region and its authentic flavours, improving the health and resistance of plants and protecting the land in this era of profound climate change. At the same time, I want to pass on to new generations – starting with my daughter – the value of contact with nature, its rhythms and its simplicity.
Defending and promoting true Made in Italy, not just as a label but as a guarantee of quality, authenticity, and culture. We want to help bring superfoods to the world that make daily eating healthier and more enjoyable, while also inspiring modern international cuisine with new ideas, without ever losing our connection to our roots.
